WMHM complete reactive, planned and compliance maintenance, predominantly for the Supported Living Sector.
Our 25 years of trading gives us an understanding of our clients day to day needs and requirements and all of our services are bespoke to develop and support an ongoing long term relationship. We cover all aspects of property maintenance from the chimney to the drains, both minor repairs to full refurbishments and the necessary legal compliance such as EICR and gas safety certificates (CP12) and geographically cover across the country from our base in Birmingham to as far as Lincoln and down as far as South Wales and all areas in between.
